Varying fabrics in your table decorations directly affects the atmosphere. Just like when making a colour choice, you can be inspired by the season, dishes, company, occasion or location when making a fabric choice.

Linen creates a warm casual style at the table. It brings an instant romantic country atmosphere into your home. Such a table invites you to enjoy a long table with family and friends. At Cottona you can choose between Natural linen, made of 100% linen in the natural flax colour, or Hospitality linen, available 12 pastel colours and (uniquely) washable at 95 degrees.

Classic Damask is stylish chic and timeless. Damask Is the design classic among the Tablecloths. Every well-to-do household used to have a Damask collection in the home. Damask is again trendy and is appreciated for its beautiful satin weave and beautiful woven designs. The collection Damask from Cottona is available in White and Cream in plain and in four designs.

Basic Plain Cotton is the most practical fabric in the collection of Cottona. Very suitable for everyday use. If you hang the fabric out slightly damp immediately after washing, it hardly needs ironing. The twenty colours in this collection can be endlessly mixed & matched.

With Shiny-Chic create a festive table in no time. This fabric has a rich satin sheen that instantly creates a glamorous atmosphere at the table. The Chiny-chic fabric is available in an elegant color palette: Ivory, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Ruby, Graphite and Onyx.

Sunlight and linen or cotton fabrics are not a good combination. The Outdoor fabric from Cottona is UV-resistant and withstands European summers with flying colors. Moreover, the fabric is treated with Teflon so that stains do not go straight in. So if a glass of wine falls over, you can use a tissue to dab it up. The fabric is made of 100% Dralon ® and has not the appearance of plastic or tablecloth but the appearance of cotton. Available in cheerful plain, striped and floral designs.

Basic Plain Cotton, Natural linen , Shiny Chic and Outdoor can be washed at up to 40 degrees. Damask is washable at max 60 degrees and our Hospitality linen is washable at max 95 degrees.

Basic Plain Cotton has a weight of approximately 210 g/m2.

Hospitality linen has a weight of approx. 230 g/m2.

Natural linen has a weight of approx. 240 g/m2.

Damask has a weight of approx. 235 g/m2.

Shiny Chic has and weight of approx. 210 g/m2.

Outdoor has a weight of approx. 190 /m2.

In rooms with a lot of sunlight, we recommend the Outdoor fabric. Other fabrics may fade faster in the sun. The Outdoor fabric from Cottona is UV-resistant and withstands European summers with flying colors. The fabric is made of 100% Dralon ®. The material does not look like plastic or tablecloth but rather has the look and feel of cotton.

Washable Tablecloths are provided with a PVC layer that eliminates the fabric appearance and the Tablecloth does not fall smoothly across the table. For these reasons, Cottona no washable Tablecloths in the collection. We have passion for pure fabrics and we love it when a Tablecloth beautiful falls over the edge of the table. We like the rich feel of real textiles and find it important for the atmosphere.

TIP: Washable Placemats
Cottona has Placemats of (imitation) leather in the collection. The Placemats are washable, double-sided, very practical and combine beautifully with Tablecloths and Napkins from Basic Plain Cotton or Hospitality linen. This Placemats are also ideal for use in the Hospitality Industry.
