Customization Tablecloths of extremely large sizes may need a seam, this is sometimes unavoidable. If the fabric width does not allow for your bespoke tablecloth to be made in one piece, we will make a nice flat english seam on the sides. We never make a seam in the middle across the table. In most cases, the seams fall into the hanging part of the tablecloth and are virtually invisible.

A feature of all rectangular and square Tablecloths and Table runners of Cottona is the finish, with a luxurious three centimeter wide hem. This hem has a double wrap with mitered corners, which ensures that the tablecloth hangs nicely without curling at the corners. (See the various photos on the site for the finish). Round and oval tablecloths and napkins have a standard hem of 1 cm wide.

Of course you can. However, it is important to take into account that a small colour deviation compared to your previous order is possible. Therefore we advise - if possible - to order all products at once (Napkins together with the Tablecloth). We always ensure that a complete order is made from the same paint bath.

Yes, that is possible. We send up to 6 fabric samples free of charge. If you send us an e-mail with your address details and the desired colour(s), we will send you the samples as soon as possible. You can send an e-mail to headoffice@cottona.com

- Sort laundry by colour and washing instructions
- Fill the washing drum no more than half full
- Use the gentle cycle for delicate laundry
- Preferably use a liquid detergent
- Wash as briefly as possible at the lowest possible temperature for best colour retention
- To minimise creasing remove from the machine as soon as possible and hang out to dry

The important tip with all stains is to treat them as soon as possible. A dried-in stain is much more difficult to remove than one that has just been made. We recommend to rinse the Cottona-product immediately and keep it wet until it can be washed.

We make every effort to provide you with a perfect product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with the delivery, you have the right to return the items within fourteen days of receipt.

Products cannot be returned if:
- The trial period of fourteen days has expired.
- they have been customized especially for you.
- they show signs of use, have been washed or soiled.

Unfortunately, for administrative reasons, it is not possible to exchange or offset orders. We would therefore like to ask you to return the product ordered and place a new order. We will refund the purchase price of the returned product after receiving and verifying your return.
